Voluntary Action Shrewsbury runs a free volunteer-matching service through its Volunteer Bureau (VB). We advertise over 600 volunteering opportunities through the VB office, this website, the Do-It website, at events and talks, in press releases etc.

CRB Checks

Voluntary Action Shrewsbury operates a CRB service. The cost to an organisation is a one off registration fee of £25.00, and £10.00 per Disclosure to cover Voluntary Action Shrewsbury's administration costs thereafter.
 
Please note, these costs are for volunteers only. If you are wanting a CRB check for employment purposes, the cost will be £36.00.

by pre-arranged appointment.

   The VAN
    'The VAN' is Voluntary Action Shrewsbury's monthly newsletter.
    It is sent out to over 400 local voluntary and community groups, councillors and other statutory
    organisations. If you would like your group or organisation to be added to our mailing list, or
