Why visit the Volunteer Centre?
If you want to volunteer but don't know what you want to do - come and see us! If you know what you want to do, but don't know which organisations you could do it with - come and see us! If you have several ideas and would like to know more or get some leaflets on the organisations' work - come and see us!
What will happen if I visit?
We usually take 20-30 minutes to talk through your interests, skills, what you want to get out of volunteering and then tell you about opportunities with that might be your best match. We can then give you leaflets or print-outs about these volunteering opportunities if you would like to think them over or (ONLY IF YOU WANT US TO) we can try to make an appointment for you to visit a chosen organisation.
